Each knife features a sturdy stamped high-carbon stainless-steel blade riveted with brass to a traditional rosewood handle.
Blades on LamsonSharp knives are hand honed for extra sharpness, and each has a full tang, which means the blade extends all the way through the handle. This adds heft and balance to the knives. Although rosewood handles are dishwasher-safe, it is best to hand wash fine cutlery like this in warm, soapy water.
