I purchased this after my son decided to hide my old standard spatula that I used all the time. This is a bit larger then I need for making breakfast but works great for my BBQ grill. I've seen these used aboard the different ships I've worked on over the years and noticed that they can take years of commerical grade daily use and still hold up (I've seen some ship original issue spatulas that are going on 15 years of daily use at this point!) Great to support an American made product and company. I would recommend a 3" x 6" for kitchen use.

The LamsonSharp Kitchen Tools feature hardened and tempered high-carbon stainless steel blades that are tapered or fine beveled, heat and water resistant rugged POM handles secured with nickel silver rivets, and are dishwasher safe. They all come with a lifetime warranty, are dishwasher safe, and made in the USA.For big chores like flipping two burgers at once, handling a pound of bacon strips, or turning hash browns, the 3-by-8-inch head on this 13-3/4-inch turner does the trick. The offset head slides flat against the surface of a pan or a griddle. Three rows of six holes drain off grease. This is a durable, commercial-grade tool, made of thick, high-carbon stainless steel that runs right through the handle. Three nickel-silver rivets secure the durable synthetic handle.
