Because LamsonSharp hones each blade by hand, these knives have the razor-sharp cutting edge needed to slide through the crustiest loaves of bread and the ripest tomatoes without tearing their delicate interiors. The sturdy 8-inch blade is stamped from heavy-gauge high-carbon stainless steel. Although rosewood handles are dishwasher-safe, it is best to hand wash fine cutlery like this in warm, soapy water.
