This is the greatest pizza cutter I've ever had! It's so quick, clean and easy! Also works great on fudge (been making plenty of that lately). Cleans up easy. I love that it doesn't destroy the pizza when you cut it. I'd love to give these out as gifts.

LamsonSharp's PRO Poly Handle series utensils and cutlery feature unbreakable NSF certified polypropylene handles that are heat and water resistant. The blades are polished, hand-edged and honed, and made from hardened and tempered high-carbon stainlessSlicing a pizza into wedges with a big rocker knife ensures that cuts will be straight and complete, and even the thickest, crustiest crust will yield quickly. This thick-bladed knife, 14 inches long and 3-1/4 inches deep, is beveled on both sides to a fine edge. Texture on the polypropylene handles gives a good grip.
